Can My Order Be Personalised?

Yes! Lots of our products can be personalised. You should be able to enter your personalisation at the time of order using the personalisation feature on the product page. Alternatively simple email us your request and we’ll see what we can do. 

I Have An Item In Mind But I Can't Find Something Similar On Your Website?

Email us or message us on any of our social media platforms with the item you have in mind and we will do our best to accommodate you. We love new ideas and frequently make bespoke/personalised products for our customers.  

I Can't Find A Product I've Seen At An Event?

We are continuously adding new products to our website however, there are times when our products are displayed at an event before reaching the website, simply email us with a description of the item and we’ll see what we can do. 

The Item I'd Like To Order Is Showing As Out Of Stock?

Email us with the product you’d like to order and we’ll let you know when we’re expecting to have more available. 

Sometimes our products are one offs however, we might be able to make you something similar, drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

We have lots of events booked throughout the year, check out the events section on our website for where you can see us next!

Do You Work With Schools / Corporate Companies?

We are able, and have previously, personalised keyrings, father christmas medals and even corporate wooden spoons for companies and schools in the last year. Please email us on the email address stated at the top of the page for more information.
