ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Hemel Hempstead (HP1, HP2 & HP3).

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery we will email/text you to arrange a time which is best suited to you.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Royal Mail Tracked48 (2-3 days delivery).

Flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies to orders shipped outside of Hemel Hempstead within the UK.

We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders can be upgraded to express shipping which will take 1-2 business days to process and will then be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked24 (1-2 days delivery).

Express shipping fee of £4.99 applies to orders shipped outside of Hemel Hempstead within the UK.

We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@madewithknotsoflove.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All personalised orders are non-refundable.
